In 2010, Jill Salzman launched The Founding Moms, the world’s first and only collective of offline masterminds and online resources for mom entrepreneurs. A graduate of Brown University and law school, she started a music management firm and then launched and later sold a baby jewelry company before building this community. She’s the author of Found It: A Field Guide for Mom Entrepreneurs and The Best Business Book In The World* (*according to her mom.) She co-hosts Inc. Magazine’s top-rated entertaining business podcast, Breaking Down Your Business. She gave her own TED talk on 11/11/11, CNNMoney has called her a “mommy mogul,” she was named one of the Top 50 Women to Watch In Tech. She’s shared the speaker stage with Richard Branson, Sheryl Sandberg, Daymond John, Marilu Henner, and Desmond Tutu. In her spare time, Jill enjoys kloofing, baking, and preventing her daughters from lighting the house on fire.
